OPINION

DAVID WELLINGTON CHEW, Justice.

On appeal, 1 Kemp Smith L.L.P. and Ci-marron Agricultural, Ltd. (“Cimarron”) challenge the trial courts disqualification of Kemp Smith. Specifically, Kemp Smith challenges the trial courts order disqualifying it from: (1) representing Cimarron in the underlying litigation; and (2) representing Cimarron in all future litigation before the Hudspeth County Underground Water Conservation District in which Guitar Holding Company, L.P. (“Guitar”) is also a party. We affirm in part and vacate in part.
