Petitioners seek to enjoin the enforcement of a compensation order made by the Deputy Commissioner pursuant to the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, 44 Stat. 1424, 33 U. S.C.A. § 901 et seq., as the same has been made applicable to the Defense Base Act, 55 Stat. 622, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1651-1654. The order awarded compensation benefits to the widow and two children of Robert M. Smith, who was killed in a jeep accident on April 24, 1958, while employed by Pan-American World Airways, Inc.
