The amended complaint alleges that plaintiff and defendant entered into a certain agreement on January 18th, 1932, as evidenced by an exchange of letters (three in number), which are incorporated in the pleading by reference, from which the defendant agreed to hire the trucking service of the plaintiff, and the plaintiff agreed to furnish such service to certain specified points at agreed rates for a period of one year, for the transportation of all of the material of the defendant to the said points of destination for said period.
