Under certiorari we are reviewing an order of the Public Service Commission dated March 3, 1934, as amended by an order dated March 14, 1934, requiring the petitioner “ to establish on or before April 1, 1934, by tariff schedules filed on not less than one day’s notice to tire public and this Commission, rates for gas making reductions of not less than 5 per cent in all of its rates and charges now in force and effect to consumers served under Service *75Classifications Nos. 1, 2 and 4 of its filed tariff.” Under the order this rate was “ not to be continued in effect for a longer period than…
