Martha Ammons has brought suit against Ally Financial, Inc. under the Telephone *820Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), 48 Stat. 1064, 47 U.S.C. § 227(b)(1)(A)(iii), which prohibits any person, absent the prior express consent of a telephone call recipient, from "mak[ing] any call ... using any automatic telephone dialing system ... to any telephone number assigned to a paging service [or] cellular telephone service." The Complaint alleges that, for more than two years, Ammons received over 500 calls to her cell phone from numbers…
