Plaintiff Altha Newman (“Plaintiff’) brings suit against Defendant Career Con sultants, Inc., d/b/a Capps College (“Defendant”), alleging that it discriminated against her in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“ § 1981”), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (“ADEA”), and the Alabama Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Ala.Code § 25-1-20 et seq.
