INTRODUCTION
On October 12, 2007, Plaintiff Sharon Seleine (“Plaintiff’ or “Seleine”) filed suit against Fluor Corporation Long-Term Disability Plan, an ERISA plan (“Plan”).
This is an ERISA 1 action for long-term disability (“LTD”) benefits pursuant to a benefit plan established by Seleine’s employer, Fluor Corporation (“Fluor”). The Plan was funded for disability through a policy issued by Life Insurance Company of North America (“LINA”).
