Presently before the court is an appeal from the December 24, 1981, order of the Bankruptcy Court. Appellant, A.D.I. Distributors, Inc., (“ADI”) contends that the Bankruptcy Court exceeded its jurisdiction when it permanently enjoined appellant from proceeding with a state court collection action ADI had brought against the individual partners of appellee, Old Orchard Investment Co. (“Old Orchard”).
