A fire destroyed commercial property insured by Nationwide Mutual Fire In*1120surance Company. Nationwide’s investigation of the ensuing claim revealed discrepancies in the details outlined in the insurance applications, including, among other things, the age of the property, the identity of the true owner, and its occupancy and habitability status.
