MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DiCARLO, Judge:
Plaintiffs bring an action under section 516A of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. § 1516a(a)(3) (Supp. Ill 1985), contesting the final affirmative subsidy determination of the United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (Commerce) in Live Swine and Fresh, Chilled and Frozen Pork Products from Canada, 50 Fed.Reg. 24,-097 (June 17, 1985). The Court has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1581(c) and 2631(c) (1982). Pursuant to Rule 56.1 of the Rules of this Court, plaintiffs move for judgment upon the agency…
