(collectively Jonsson), appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio (Lambros, J.), which granted the motion of defendant-appellee, The Stanley Works, for partial summary judgment of non-infringement of United States Patents Nos. 4,560,912, and 4,467,251, for automatic swing door opening systems.
