Jerrene and Clarke L’Amoreaux (the “L’Amoreauxes”) appeal the district court’s dismissal of their suit against the defendants. The L’Amoreauxes brought this suit against Wells Fargo, MER-SCORP (“MERS”), and the law firm of Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, L.L.P.
