F. Basanez and wife brought this suit in the 57th District Court against Joe Am-berson, doing business under the trade-name of Union Bus Lines, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been suffered by Mrs. Basanez while a passenger on a bus operated by an employee of Union Bus Lines. The trial court submitted special issues to the jury and upon answers favorable to Union Bus-Lines judgment was rendered in favor of the Bus Company. F.
