Plaintiff Angela Spann filed this lawsuit against defendant DynCorp Technical Services, LLC, claiming that, while working for DynCorp as an aircraft mechanic and, subsequently, as a technical aircraft inspector, she was subjected to sex-based. discrimination and unlawful retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 1981a, 2000e through 2000e-17.
