SUE WALKER, Justice.
I. Introduction
Appellants William J. Kelly; Ariel I. Quiros; and TechnoTree International, LLC (TTI) claim that the trial court erred by failing to rule on their motion to compel arbitration prior to granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees Phillip Hin-son and Don Siratt. Because the trial court had a ministerial duty to rule on Appellants’ motion to compel arbitration and had no discretion to refuse to hear or rule on the motion, we will reverse the summary judgment granted for Appellees and remand this case to the trial court for a hearing on Appellants’…
