Horizon Health Corporation (Horizon) moved for a rehearing of this panel’s February 26, 2015 memorandum opinion and judgment. See Tex. R. App. P. 49.1. We grant the motion, withdraw our February 26, 2015 memorandum opinion and judgment, and substitute the following. We dismiss Horizon’s motion for en banc reconsideration as moot. See Tex.
