-From the record before us we glean the following state of facts: The property in controversy consists of a lot, with dwelling house and other improvements thereon, situated in the city of Des Moines. In June, 1885, the property was owned by Charles Ohalstrom. At about the date named he died intestate, leaving surviving him the defendants Mina J. Ohalstrom, his widow, and Mary J., Jennie E., August E., and Charles W. Ohalstrom, his children, all being at the time minors.
