This appeal is about one hundred dollars, although appellant, Century Contractors, Inc. (“Century”), argues that more is involved. Century failed to comply with a turnover order that required Century to pay $12,041.00 to Laborers’ Pension Fund. Because of this unwillingness to comply, the district court held Century in civil contempt, setting an initial fine of $1000.00 and subsequently reducing it to $100.00.
