Thomas Jackson and Ellen Jackson filed their bill in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough county against James T. Magbee, Julia A. Magbee and Bartholomew C. Leonardy. The bill alleges that Thomas Jackson was the owner by purchase from the United States of Lot No. 5, in section B, township 29, south, range 18, east, and had a patent therefor. That said lot is said in said patent to contain 53 acres. That on the 25th of August, 1870, the said Thomas Jackson and his wife, Ellen Jackson, conveyed by deed to the heirs of one Mobley 43 acres in the…
