This appeal is from an order of the superior court of Klickitat county, adjuding the. appellant in contempt for refusing to obey an order of the court in a divorce proceeding and sentencing her to imprisonment for a period of ten days.

The facts are as follows: On the 26th day of February, 1908, the superior court of Klickitat county entered a decree divorcing plaintiff from her husband.
