MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HITTNER, District Judge.

Pending before this Court are numerous dispositive motions filed by some of the Defendants in this cause of action. Having considered the pleadings on file, the oral arguments and representations made on the record at the motion conference of November 24, 1986, and the law applicable thereto, the Court is of the opinion that this case must be DISMISSED as to certain actions for which Plaintiff has failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
