HORTON, Justice.

Appellant Gary Turpén (“Turpén”) appeals the district court’s decision affirming the decision of the magistrate court denying Turpen’s motion to expunge records relating to a charge of sexual exploitation by a medical care provider. We vacate the decision of the district court affirming the decision of the magistrate court and remand for consideration of the request under Idaho Court Administrative Rule (I.C.A.R.) 32(i).
