This is an employer’s petition for review of the incapacity of an employee pursuant to the provisions of G. L. 1956 (1968 Reenactment) §28-35-45. The petition alleges that the employee’s incapacity, established in a preliminary agreement for compensation entered into on August 25, 1969, has ended or diminished.
