This is an appeal from a decree of the probate court of the city of Cranston admitting to probate the will of Sarah E. Reynolds. In the superior court, the trial justice directed the jury to return a verdict sustaining the willy and the case is before us solely on appellant’s exception to the decision granting the motion for a directed verdict.
