This is an appeal from a decree of the probate court of the city of Pawtucket admitting an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Ezilda Mercier, deceased, to probate. The appeal was tried before a justice of the superior court and a jury, and it is here on appellants’ exception to the ruling of said justice directing a verdict sustaining the will.
