PARKS, Judge:

The appellant, Michael Edward Newsom, was tried by jury and convicted of First-Degree Rape (Count I) (21 O.S.Supp.1985, § 1114), First Degree Burglary (Count II) (21 O.S.1981, § 1431) and Sodomy, Crime against Nature (Count III) (21 O.S.1981, § 886), all After Former Conviction of Two Felonies (21 O.S.1981, § 51), in Comanche County District Court, Case No. CRF-85-41, before the Honorable William M.
