Ruiz Pérez v. Superior Court of Puerto Rico

On December 8, 1964 the Arecibo Part of the Superior Court rendered judgment in case No. 61-1329, dismissing the complaint for damages filed by petitioners herein against interveners and defendants, therein.- On January 4, 1965, petitioners filed in this Court petition for review No. R-65-1 against said judgment. On January 7,, 1965, this Court granted petitioners, appellants therein, the necessary , term for the stenographer to prepare and; submit the transcript of evidence.
