OPINION Before the Court is Debtor’s motion for a summary judgment sustaining his objection to PNC Bank, N.A.’s secured proof of claim. The claim is for amounts due under a promissory note secured by a first mortgage on Debtor’s house. Prepetition, PNC obtained a final, nonappealable judgment foreclosing the mortgage and ordering the house sold, with the sales proceeds to be applied to the note balance.
