Before the Court is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 by Petitioner Jamel Black (“Petitioner”). Dkt. 1 (“Petition”). Petitioner, represented by counsel, argues he is entitled to habeas relief because (1) he suffered a Batson violation. Id. at 16-48.
