Affirming.

Mamie Cooley, Oscar Cooley and Claude Gran were indicted by the grand jury of Christian county for the murder of Drew Ross, each being charged as principal and also as aider and abettor.

Separate trials were had and Mamie Cooley was convicted of manslaughter, and her punishment fixed at nine years’ confinement in the penitentiary. She appeals.
