The National Labor Relations Board (Board) petitions this court for enforcement of an order which found that Cutter Dodge, Inc. (Cutter Dodge), as the successor of Pearl City Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge, Ltd. (Pearl City), had engaged in unfair labor practices by refusing to recognize and bargain with the union which had represented Pearl City’s employees. Cutter Dodge petitions for review of the same order.
