Defendants-Appellants Hans Jurgen Schmidt (“Schmidt”) and Reglins, Inc. (“Reglins”) (collectively “Defendants-Appellants”) 1 appeal the judgment of the District Court denying a motion for a judgment as a matter of law and for a new trial. The question before us is whether Plaintiffs-Appellees Marvin Levy (“Levy”) and Stafford Worldwide Marketing, Inc. 2 (“Stafford”) (collectively “Plaintiffs-Appel-lees”) 3 provided the jury with a legally sufficient evidentiary basis to calculate net profits.
