Henry Estes was convicted in the district court of Ottawa county of the crime of manslaughter in the first degree on an information charging, him with the murder of one Delmar Fugate, alleged to have been committed on: the 25th day of May, 1933, and his punishment fixed by the jury at imprisonment in the state penitentiary for a term of five years.
