FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

FRANK W. WILSON, District Judge.

These are two lawsuits which arose out of a single motor vehicle accident. The plaintiff in each case seeks to recover for the alleged wrongful death of the plaintiff’s decedent. A third-party action was filed by the defendants and third-party plaintiffs against the United States of America seeking to recover indemnity and/or contribution of the third-party defendant.
