Floy P. Cason, plaintiff, brought suit as beneficiary in an insurance policy issued by The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, defendant, upon the life of her hus*200band. At the close of her testimony the company interposed a motion for a non-suit, which was. allowed. She brings the cause here for review.
