KEARNEY, JUDGE.
A roofing subcontractor sued for allegedly failing to properly tarp and cover a roof during home construction causing property damage from rainwater cannot compel its business liability insurer to defend and indemnify it in the suit for faulty workmanship but may compel coverage if the homeowners’ property damage is an accident. We do not decide the underlying property damage case.
