This matter is currently before this Court on remand from our Supreme Court. On September 26, 2006, this Court filed an opinion and order granting the Petition to Set Aside the Nomination Paper of Carl J. Romanelli as Candidate of an Independent Political Body for U.S. Senator of the United States (Petition to Set Aside) filed by William R. Caroselli, Fred R. Levin, Daniel J. Anders and Peter D.
