GORTON, District Judge.

The instant case arises out of a business dispute between Plaintiff EchoMail, Inc. (“EchoMail”) and- Defendants American Express Company (“AmEx”) and International Business Machines Corp. (“IBM”). EchoMail has brought claims against both AmEx and IBM for misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition and unfair and deceptive trade practices. It has also sued AmEx for breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing and interference with contractual relations.
