MEMORANDUM OPINION

BENNETT, District Judge.

On April 26, 2004, three search warrants were issued by United States Magistrate Judge Susan K. Gauvey and executed by government agents on three Maryland offices of a healthcare provider (the “Property Owner”). While an inventory of the property seized was provided to the Property Owner, the court granted the government’s motion to seal the affidavit supporting the search warrants.
