This case comes before us on a motion for a newtrial,on the ground that the verdictis unsustained by the evidence, and for error in the charge of the court to the jury. We are satisfied that the verdict is sufficiently supported by the evidence, and that a new trial should not be granted upon this part of the motion. And the charge of the court, with perhaps a single exception, is obviously correct, and deals only with well settled principles of law, of very common application.
