DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.

Appellant, a negro, was convicted for killing Clarence Potter, a white man, and given the death penalty.

Briefly, the evidence discloses that appellant was a renter on the farm of deceased, occupying a tenant house on the premises, and also was employed by the deceased to assist in work about the place. Among other things, it was his duty to assist in feeding the work stock. The killing occurred on the 19th of; June. On the evening of the 18th appellant fed the stock.
