Rashad Kirkland was indicted on charges of aggravated assault, attempted sale of cocaine, fleeing or attempting to elude, and reckless driving. Ajury acquitted him on the drug charge and found him guilty of the remaining charges. His amended motion for new trial was denied, and he appeals, challenging only his conviction for aggravated assault. Kirkland contends that the evidence presented at trial was insufficient to support his conviction for aggravated assault, that the trial court failed to correct the false impression given to the jury that he could be found guilty…
