Stevens, J.(1) Upon compliance with the terms of the judgment the receiver was entitled to an order in this action settling his accounts, discharging him from further liability, and canceling his bond. He was also entitled to an order fixing the compensation of himself and of his attorneys for any services rendered by them after the entry of the judgment.
