Tbe Boston & Maine Railroad, having been joined as a plaintiff by amendment, claims that by virtue of its ownership of tbe station at Manchester, subject to tbe rights of tbe public to use it for tbe purposes of transportation, it is entitled to-exclude tbe defendants therefrom, wbo come there merely for tbe purpose of soliciting from its passengers tbe carriage of their baggage to points within tbe city of Manchester.
