This is a suit in equity by the widow of Harry Schoenholz to have it declared that she is the equitable owner of a policy of insurance issued by the defendant bn the life of her husband payable, in the event of his death before a date specified, to his sister, the defendant Sarah Schoenholz, who was designated the beneficiary, and to have the designation of the beneficiary named therein canceled and declared null and void, and to have it adjudged that the insurance company pay the proceeds of the policy to the plaintiff.
