Southern Real Estate & Finance Co. v. Park Drug Co.

This is an action to recover $20,864.36 as damages for the breach of an alleged agreement to lease certain property. The prayer of the petition was for $36,000, but this amount, plaintiff conceded should be reduced by rentals received on the property in the alleged lease period, and other matters not necessary to mention. A jury trial was waived. The court found for defendant and plaintiffs appealed.
