The Court: I have before me a proposed plan of reorganization for the debtor.

The petition for reorganization of the debtor was approved and the trustee appointed by order of this Court dated April 25, 1952. Approximately one year prior, on April 3, 1951, a petition for an arrangement under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq., had been approved and the debtor’s affairs were administered under the supervision of a Referee in Bankruptcy from April 3, 1951 until February 25, 1952, when the Chapter XI petition was dismissed with the Referee…
