This action was brought by Dolly Ackerman, the plaintiff, against the Bramwell Investment Company and W. P. White et ux., defendants, to recover $341 and interest as damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff on the ground of fraud and misrepresentation practiced by the investment company in the sale of a negotiable promissory note executed by the Whites to the investment company and by it sold to the plaintiff.
