This case comes before the court upon an appeal from an order overruling the demurrer filed to the complaint. Two questions are presented: First, does the complaint in this case state a cause of action entitling the respondent to equit able relief? Second, does the statute providing for hearings before the department of registration and the rules laid down by this court for appeal, provide for a speedy and adequate remedy at law, so as not to entitle an applicant to injunctive relief?
