MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER RE COMPLAINT TO AVOID FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE AND FOR EQUITABLE RELIEF

This matter is before the Court on a complaint filed by the Chapter 7 case Trustee, George Stevenson, to avoid a fraudulent conveyance pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 544(b), to recover, for the benefit of the estate, the value of property that was allegedly transferred to the defendant, Marie Hodgson Hicks, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 550(a)(1), and for other equitable relief.
